  My husband had booked (or thought he had) lunch for two at 1230 outside for Valentine's Day. On arrival they couldn't find our booking so the waitress assumed it was the booking under Valentines and directed us to our table. All was fine and we ordered lunch. Our entree was a dozen oysters and when we pointed out to the waiter that there was only eleven he asked us if we had counted them prior to eating. He did bring us the 12th. All was proceeding well until 1:45 when the waitress came to our table and said we had to move indoors as the 2pm booking had arrived. We declined and next thing we knew (? the manager as she didn't introduce herself) came out and said we had to move. She said that we had taken the booking fraudulently as we were not the "Valentines". She was very rude. As it turned out another table was available and the "Valentines" were able to be sat there with no waiting time. When paying the bill my husband tried to explain the situation but the "manager" was still rude. We have been to this restaurant a number of times in the past and usually spend a minimum of $130. We will never be back and will deter our friends and colleagues from visiting also. The meal itself was fine although not as good as previous visits with portions seeming quite reduced from previous visits. This may have been due to extra seafood platters being ordered due to the occasion. We will definitely not be back and our Valentine's Day was ruined. Lessons in customer service are highly recommended!
